Brought my girls up for a quick getaway. They loved the pool and hot tub. The location is great. You can walk or ride the train to shopping, restaurants etc. The staff was super helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. Sadly, it was one of the the loudest hotels I've been in for a while. There were some men who decided to talk at our door at midnight, which I know isn't the fault of the hotel- just bad manners by other guests. However, I could hear everything they said so clearly. It was like my door wasn't even shut. I actually got up to double check that my door was shut. It was shut and locked. Just zero noise protection. Better doors that block out impolite guests would be amazing!

My rooms were not ready at the check in time and the receptionist Moy was very uninterested in helping me. The room and everything thing else was good. When I was ready to check out Moy was again working but was unable to assist me because he was playing on his cell phone. Fortunately there was someone else willing to help. The hotel itself was great but Moy made checking in and out frustrating.

The facilities were very modern and beautiful. Exceeded my expectations for Courtyard EXCEPT we had a room that was over the hotel mechanical or something because we had loud noise in the room for the entire time we were there. Room number was 434 so if I go back I will be asking for a room on the opposite side of the hotel.

Very nice hotel, very good location downtown

All together this hotel was a very nice place to stay and was a great value. The only negative occurrence we had was the little bit of noise because of the location of our room directly across from the elevator.
