I always thought there were minimum requirements to run a hotel under the Days Inn brand.....apparently not. The room had a musty smell upon entry, the common hot tub was disgusting, the breakfast was almost un-edible. Two out of five stars MAX.....not sure who could give this place an above average rating? Days Inn should be ashamed.

The good: check in greeting was great. Convenience to town was great. Room size was good. The bad: part of wall coming off below shower head, revealing what appears to be mold. Safety door lock on inside broken off. staff on Sunday morning breakfast late getting food out, grumpy person.

Wasn't enough hot water for the in room hot tub. Was only given 2 towels for a hot tub room. Sidewalk was full of snow (slip Hazzard). Cost was too high for so few amenities

We evacuated the Dixie Fire in NorCal and could not make our way east to Idaho because of the smoke there as well (my husband has horrible asthma). Is there any way to get a refund as we did not stay here? Or have a voucher for a future stay? We enjoy your area and do want to come back when the air quality is better. Thank you.
