Polite and helpful staff. Breakfast was good. Club and restaurant nearby. Free 24hr park 25 mins away with strong police presence.

En primer lugar las camas son de piedra es mas suave dormir en el piso que en ellas Cuando llame a para quejarme a reseccion y pedir un cambio de avitacion solo me dijeron que no se podia porque el encargado no estaba Tenia reservacion por 3 dias y pedi que lo cancelaran y me devolvieran mi dinero porque no me quedaria bajo sea sircuntancia me dijeron que no habria problema Pero nunca devolvieron el dinero Solo me dijeron llame a su agente de viaje lo cual ise Solo para tener la sorpresa de que como le habia pagado directamente al hotel eran Ellos los respomsables de devolver el dinero y que me dijeron que Llamara a mi agente de viaje solo como tactica para que yo me olvidara del reclamo del dinero Tengan cuidado con este hotel Son unos inresponsables Ladrones sin verguenzas Mal holor en la entrada

Best hotel ever.

Pros: Everything.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Very convenient location and plenty of business nearby.
Excellent location, friendly staff, nice and clean room, good price and bell staff Ramon was very helpful.
