Not enough negative words to say....the clerk at check in was wonderful, & suggested I park the car close to the office. The neighborhood was kind of scary & awful, altho close to a nice area...the hotel was dirty & the Owner?Manager? told us we could not get breakfast (or even hot water) because we arrived 4 MINUTES late. There were signs everywhere informing us of ways we could lose our mandatory $100 deposit. Do not stay here!!

1- I had no hot water. I left and when I returned they had moved me to another room. Still no hot water. 2- bed bugs 3- asked for a refund was told no because I booked through Travelocity. 4- filthy interior and exterior

Customer service was nice. The water did not get hot for me to take shower the people upstairs made a lot of bumping and i did not get any sleep.

This reservation was supposed to be can elled by travelocity when i called and reported my reservation for 11/13 - 11/16 was changed by your system as i was checking out. You told me you were taki g care of it. The quslity inn said they did not see a reservation for mr for thst date and now you say i have in fact been charged for both dates. I have never ever had worse servicw than i have jad from travelocity. I want my money back and not a travrlocity credit because i will never use your service again. Thd hotrl was do bery bad that i left early on the 15th and be suse of your horrible reservation o wss still charged for the additional night. Now i have to wait 6 months or more to go bisit my kids and grandkids son e uou have screwed up my reservations so much that i sm out of money.
