Inconvenience

the check in starts at 2 pm , I was there earlier with my family having suite reservation In Hilton sharks pay at Ras Nasrany It took us 3 hours to get the keys and finish check in . Little after we went to the swimming pool and I felt I have to go back to the room . I was shocked as I found my camera bag was open and the camera memory card slot was open I called the hotel front disk immediately that house keeping tried to steel my camera and I don't know if he steel any thing from my wife's bag, I expected them to consider it seriously as it was just fisrt few hours of stay then I get stilled .They didn't show any professional response at all just saying we really sorry I asked to find out names of those who entered my suite and run investigation They kept promising and did nothing at all We spent the rest of the stay trying to enjoy the water activities and let the kids enjoy it to the best . Booking was all inclusive Food was not that much good No variaties Service didn't meet the expectations And the bad thing was at the end of the trip when my Wife didn't find her I phone 6 plus which have been stollen from her bag by house keeping Persons too I did called the hotel to assign an official complain ,they ignored my complain and tried to define them selves I told them remember I spoke to front disc and complain about say one house keeping did opened my camera bag snd did so and so They ignored me totally and completely and didn't show any compassion to me
