The room heater made so much noise it was hard to sleep. I know I asked for a king bed, but I am sure it was just a queen. The breakfast had a lot to be desired. The lobby had so much perfume my eyes watered. The price was cheap, but if it’s what you can afford try it. The room was clean.

The carpet is filthy. Our feet was just covered in dirt. Other then that, the bed was comfy air conditioner was very good.

Nice room for the price. Using covid as a reason to not offer breakfast is no longer an acceptable excuse. Not informing us of that at booking was the only negative. A voucher for a free breakfast at a local dining option would have been a nice solution. Don't list a free breakfast when you don't offer any breakfast. Other than that we would stay here again.

At check in the clerk asked inappropriate questions regarding out service dog and made me show the dog's registration or pay extra for him. He was rude when I corrected him and educated him on the rules of service animals. He tried to charge more than the reservation stated for my grandson who's age was included on the reservation. The shower was dirty, the towels were very stained, the nightstand had something sticky on top and down the front, the carpet was also sticky. I informed housekeeping of the issue but it was not cleaned up during our 2 night stay.
