I love the ambiance, the proximity to great restaurants and stores. Not to mention that it’s right on the malecon and very reasonable. I’ve been been going there for 30 years. Plenty of nightlife there. Everything is in walking distance.

We were returning guest and were disappointed. The staff members were rude and not interested in serving us at all. We were ignored at breakfast and the service on the beach did not exist.....I have never been so disappointed in a resort.

5 pools 2kid pools jacuzzi and infinity. Beach with umbrella and chairs good food and food choices drinks were easy to get and good.rooms on the small side.

We love the area. Everyone was kind! We felt safe and will be back! When we go back, we will stay in an ocean view room. On this trip, I accidentally booked a room that was directly on the street side to the east. It wasn’t what we hoped for, but that’s my fault. It was a bit loud at night with the nightclub across the street and to the south. We played hard all day, and the sleeping wasn’t prolblematic

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location with a superb restaurant. Very comfortable rooms and a wonderful staff. Juan the bartender and Adrian the social director went out of their way to make sure everyone was taken care of. The concierge staff was super helpful.

In my room there was no cold water coming for 2 nights and on the 3rd night when it rained the bathroom started licking and there was all water on the floor in my daughter’s room. We had 2 rooms booked.

The location is great, on the beach, in the middle of all the action of the Zona Romantica in Puerto Vallarta. The elevator and lobby smelled horrible, like sewage and rotten shrimp.
