¡Hola! No me gusta escribir review,pero la verdad es que no me gustaría que les pase lo que a nosotros… planificamos estas vacaciones por un año, vivimos en Orlando Florida. Estuvimos en ese “resort” de jueves a Domingo celebrando nuestro aniversario fuera de USa como de costumbre en febrero del 2023 y elegimos ese destino. Uff les cuento que si lo que desean es buena comida y atención este lugar es perfecto; pero después ese lugar parece un complejo de aptos de ancianos con comida integrada. No hay nada más que hacer, un show en el lobby con un señor con la cara pintada que daba sueño y hasta las 10:00 pm después váyanse a dormir ó una hora de karaoke y cuando empieza ya se acaba; Dios mío que lugar tan aburrido. Me quería ahorcar esperando que llegara el día de irme a mi casa, pero mi vuelo estaba ya comprado. Mi esposo y yo no somos teenager Dino 37 y 40 años. Y cuando para nosotros me imagino una pareja más joven. Si nos regalaran un weekend con todo incluido ahí, ni pagándome dinero diario lo tomo.

Avoid the “VIP” shuttle service to the hotel and simply take a taxi. The shuttle service is a rip-off, not worth the time you’ll spend waiting in a long, hot line outside with other travelers similarly situated. Just get a taxi - you’ll be glad you did.

We were greeted and helped out of the taxi cab when we arrived. Check in was a breeze (shout out to Abigail). While the property is older, you can tell it has been taken care of. The property is gorgeous. We met our family at the pool and our server Marcelino was outstanding, there were 12 of us and he never missed a beat with bringing our drinks or food.

This reaort has beautiful views of the beach and mountains. It was an easy walk to the nearby marina. Both breakfast and lunch were good, but the menu was limited. Dinner was poor for a resort of fhis caliber. Service by all the staff was excellent.

I brought my son, his best friend, and my husband. The last two are hard to impress and they both said this was the best place they’ve ever stayed and this was the funnest week of their lives. I wanted to explore while we were in PV, but the boys refused to leave the resort - they were having too much fun. The rooms and views were perfect. The pools were beautiful. The food was delicious and the drinks were strong. The staff was beyond friendly and the premises is very safe. I highly recommend. We’ll be coming back as often as we can!

Wonderful staff, they are all extremely friendly and dedicated to you enjoying your stay. Hotel is very clea and well kept. Only thing I did not like were the too soft bed pillows which offer little to no support. Minor complaint to the otherwise wonderful stay.

Beautiful Relaxing Beach Resort

Great 1st mom-daughter trip with my 19 yo. Was a bit nervous at first, traveling internationally without entire family and without fluent Spanish, but the staff made everything easy. "Brenda" at customer service was terrific. We regret not having explored more (we did take two excursions) but it was nice to just relax by the pool. There were many activities (yoga, water aerobics, ping pong, etc.) but no one pressured you is to participate. The tourist crowd was a bit on the older side and/or parents with small children but we were there late February which is earlier than most college sprint breaks.

Fantastic hotel.....highly recommend!!

Pros: Costco travel
Location: Location was good close to town fairly short taxi ride, not a lot around hotel but we liked that we just stayed around pool and relaxed.
Food was super nice variety, staff very friendly, resort was very clean and well maintained, grounds were beautiful, cooking lessons were terrific with Yolanda.....fun games around the pool. Super place. Family friendly, saw all ages...pool for adults and children . Wild peacocks, koi pools. Beautiful setting for a wedding, saw two take place while there, hotel did beautiful job
