The property is stunning, pools are an absolute stand out! This property has the pool of a W hotel, but the in-room amenities of an Ibis. There literally isn't even coffee or tea in the room, you have to go to the lifts which can often be quite a trek from your room. Rooms aren't as small as expected from other reviews, it is kind of weird that your bathroom is split in two and your room entrance is like walking through half the bathroom. The luggage space is not big enough for std size luggage if you need to open it - not practical. In saying all of tis, I would aboslutely stay here again because of the location and pools. My kid would LOVE it and we are planning another trip due to that ... but its just me and my kid. If I was a family there's no way you could convince me the "family rooms" would be anywhere near big enough to accomodate multiple adults and kids - you'd go insane for anything more than 2 nights.
