Our bathroom ceiling gushed water from the second floor and we had to move rooms, there was old coffee in the coffee maker, other people’s hair laying around, the bathtub was in poor shape and the A/C leaked

Thank you for your review, your feedback, and your comments regarding your stay. We want our guests to enjoy their stay and find our AC and heat amenities to be clean and in perfect working condition. Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.

This was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in . It was my husband birthday and he wanted this hotel so he could fish from the hotel and that didn’t happen. They over charged my card for one night it was 388.00 and told me they would refund my card and it still hasn’t happened and it has been four days . The room was suppose to be 164.00 and they charged me 388.00. It was not clean at all . We drove six hours to get the hotel it was his birthday weekend that’s the only reason we had to stay . They told me they where not going to refund me my money if I didn’t stay . The staff was horrible, he kept saying just put your card in, I can’t change the charge amount you have to take care of that in the morning with the manager and it still isn’t fixed . I have been to a lot of hotel in my life and this was the worst one . I was beyond 😡 pissed .

Room was full of roaches. Had to leave. Asked for a refund. A week later I still haven’t gotten it in my account.

The pictures did not look like it did in real life. The blanket was as thin as a sheet. No free breakfast kids running around music loud doors slamming rooms were gross

Great value. Way better than other comparable properties. A few people drinking beers, smoking cigars, and fishing were having a nice vacation. A few families with children swimming at the pool. Did not see any drunkenness or drug use.

Accommodating, polite, and helpful staff. Clean monitored pool. Solid fishing amenity on property. Good water to work on lines and tackle for bay and surf fishing. Overall good value.
