Nice location, easily accessible. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Only complaint was the AC/heater was very dirty and kept shutting off. Switched rooms, but heat was inadequate. It was a wall unit and blew cold air and then cycled to warm. Had to turn it up in the 80's to keep the room warm. Probably need the units cleaned and serviced, other than that it was a comfortable stay. Probably would not return though.

Pros: The friendliness of the hotel staff and the cleanliness of the room.
Cons: Signs directing to the entrance of the hotel
Location: Good location in relation to the mall
My wife and I enjoyed our stay. I requested a handicap accessible room on line and it was available at check-in. The only complaint was the tile surrounding the shower/bath was in need of cleaning. I expressed my concerns to the front desk that evening before we left for an event. The front desk personnel had cleaned the tile upon our return. She is to be commended for her efforts. I understand that the hotel is currently undergoing renovation.

Very nice hotel

We highly recommend the St Clairsville Super 8 as your hotel choice. Fruendly caring helpful Manager and staff. Complete renovation of rooms.....bed, furniture, carpet, painting, etc. Lobby and breakfast area space is open with new furnishings. Great selection of breakfast items. Work station in the lobby with computer is added amenity. 15 min to Casino in Wheeling.
