On arrival we were not told we had to request service for our room. Reservation was for 4 no blankets for pullout and 2 towels only. The property was very modern and up to date which was wonderful.

Hotel was recently renovated. Very nice layout of hotel room, very relaxing and difficult to leave. Staff was pleasant, hotel was clean and quiet. Lovely stay.

I loved my room lots of room. Very quiet. What I didn't like there was no matters protector....for like bed bugs. Cause thats the first thing I check when I walk into hotel room. I have heard story's in the past and ever since then I check. Thats the only thing that was bad about my room.

Very helpful & courteous Receptionists and workers

Pros: Those that worked there.
Cons: Cleanliness of beds and things working better, such as the shower, bathroom fan, hair dryer. Getting microwaves in rooms.
Location: This was good....lots to see and do!
Those that I spoke with were very helpful and courteous. They were quick to be of service. Did have some problems with the room, which included a dirty bed, problems with shower and the tub draining, fan not working in the bathroom, and the efficiency of the hair dryer. Did not have to use heater/ac. Nice having a refrigerator in the room, a microwave would have been nice. The continental breakfast was a real plus, as was the coffee and cookies during the day.

A good value

Pros: The employees.
Cons: Parking lot, coffee
This property seemed a little worn, but overall was clean and unoffensive. The room was also a bit worn, which made it hard to discern if it was not really clean or just a little old. We found a quarter on the floor, so that makes you wonder if it was vacuumed....and who wouldn't pick up a quarter? The temperature was easy to control and quiet. The bed was very firm and basic, they are not going for the "sleeping on a cloud" feeling that many hotels are trying for these days. But, overall, the room was ok. We used the pool and hot tub and it was very nice. Plenty of pool towels and clean. The breakfast was the usual fare. They had a couple hot things, oatmeal, fruit and bread items. It was clean, hot and edible. The coffee was awful! Colored water. We tried it in the lobby and in the breakfast area. We tried all three varieties, regular, bold (not even close) and decaf --- all like hot water. I am certain somebody just made a mistake, but it was inconvenient. We had to go get coffee somewhere else. I know this does not sound like a very good review, but this hotel was half the price of everywhere else and it was OK. No big complaints, the people working there were nice and made us feel welcome. That can over shadow some worn out carpet any day for me. I would recommend this property as long as you are not a nit-picker.
