The general manager Vicky is a rude, horrible woman. She called the cops on us for asking repeatedly to see the policy on having guests in the pool. We left and went to the La Quinta right across the street and had a great experience. We stay in the area often to visit family and we will never stay at the Best Western again.

We take all our guest safety serious. When people let us know that they have seen people sitting in parked cars on our parking lot for a length of time we make sure everything is ok & that was all we were doing was checking for you & everyone elses safety.I am sorry again if you felt this in a negative way. 4 Productive, Pleasant and Positive Days

Pros: Employee helpfulness and attitudes. Breakfast. Room Comfort and cleanliness. Indoor pool very clean. Business center very functional.
Cons: Add steak and an omelet station to breakfast (just kidding).
Location: Close to highway to St. Louis. Granite and Alton Ill are minutes away. Close to great Lunch spot "Linney's".
Traveled to the area for family and business reasons. The desk was always staffed with individuals who were pleasant and helpful. Check In and Check Out went perfect. The room was larger than I expected it to be. Comfortable beds, great air conditioner and very quiet. Breakfast is "hot" and offered eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy, hasbrowns, pancakes along with the typical "continental breakfast selection. Service was great! Good attitudes in every employee I interacted with. Will stay again on next trip.

clean and updated hotel

Location: close to SIU Edwardsville, IL
Room was clean and updated with comfortable bed. Hotel was a little noisy, baby in room next door and car races at nearby race track until 11:30pm on Friday night. I would stay again if I needed to visit this area.
