Right on the beach. They provided beach chairs and toys for no extra charge. The pool was lovely and they have a professional looking shuffle board court too. Great location - easy to get to lots of more busy places without being in the middle of traffic and noise.

This older property has been well kept up. It is clean, freshly painted, and in an excellent location. Our only problems (key card not working, lack of towels, tub not cleaned daily, no access to ice) could have been prevented if there was an office attendant on-site. A posted number to call for problems is not a real solution, as we refrained from waking the manager late Christmas Eve (they live across the street). We also suggest a directory of TV channels be placed in the rooms. We found the staff friendly and helpful, when they were there, and the price fair.

This was our second time staying at this property. We had to do a late check in and they were extremely accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and the location, especially the proximity to the beach, is second to none. What's not to like... this place is affordable and quite enjoyable!!!!!

Property is right on the beach which is lovely. Room furnishings are old and not particularly clean. Front desk was initially helpful upon signing in, but when we had to change a room due to making two reservations, they made no attempt to move us quickly, and we had to put our bags in our car until the new room was clean( which wasn’t until the regular check in time). We got the impression that the staff just didn’t care enough to make our two night stay as pleasant as possible.

Pros: Right on the beach in a residential area with private beach that was recently resurfaced. The pool and courtyard were nice and family friendly. Our room was clean and spacious for the price. Customer service was great! Cons: The hotel is older and needs some updates, but everything worked. The pullout couch could definately use a new mattress. Overall a nice little place. We would definately stay there again.

Close to beach

Pros: If you want a relatively quiet, comfortable, place to stay near the beach, then this is it. A good place for couples to relax.
Cons: There was some old, stained furniture that could be replaced. There was also some ceiling stains. People need to be informed about flushing toilets.
Location: If the goal is to find a place to relax, then the restaurants, coffee shops, etc suffice. Everything within a short driving distance, 2 or less miles
The room was pretty clean, near beach, and included a microwave, small refrigerator, and large closet. Despite being full, the place was very quiet. They have community grills and some outdoor games right next to the beach that is only steps from the property.

Great hotel, right on the beach

Pros: Quiet, safe, right on the beach, very comfortable.
Cons: Bathrooms could use an upgrade. A/c units are louder than I would have liked, but it kept room cold.
Location: Clearwater to the left, St. Petersburg to the right. Tampa is near by. There are beaches everywhere ,putt putt golf, shopping , an Aquarium ,much more
An older hotel with a family feel. Nice pool area, lots of meet and greet space. Right on the Gulf. Rooms with older furniture and older bathroom fixtures, but very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly, eager to please. The owner is always on site. Very safe, quiet,and relaxing. Went with my daughter, 12 year old grandson, and my 15 year old grandson. We all wanted to stay forever.

Nice location, lacks attention to detail

Super close walk to beach, decent size pool with an 8' deep end. pull out couch mattress was gross and stained. They charged for a third adult in a room that had a seperate bedroom living room and kitchen, why would I need that much space if I did not have more than a couple people. IMO the cost of up to 4 adults should have been apart of the room price. you had to ask for coffee filters, not comp. coffee. Pool was not very clean.
