What a great little find. My husband and I were just coming through and this place was perfect for us. Check in was easy enough. Across the street from a beach access and own parking. Most things within walking distance from place.

This was like a private oasis. Loved the private courtyard. The owners attention to detail made this the best experience Would definitely stay here again when visiting Florida

This budget-friendly property is a gem on Treasure island. It's a charming and unigue older property that has been lovingly restored by two genuinely caring hosts. No need to hold your breath about cleanliness because when you first enter your room, it is immaculate. The bed is comfortable and the room is surprisingly quiet and relaxing for sitting on the main boulevard. Thank you, Dave and Eric for providing a wonderful vacation spot. We will be back and we will recommend your property to our friends and family.

Comfortable and welcoming little gem across the street from the beach on Treasure Island. A wall blocks the street noise, and two doors lead to an enclosed courtyard. The small cabanas encircle this courtyard, which is filled with inviting seating, art, and multiple fountains. The cabanas consist of two rooms, a bedroom with private bath, and a cozy sitting area with a kitchenette. Cabanas are furnished with an eclectic and tasteful assortment of furniture and art. David and Eric provide a nice assortment of sweets, cereals, and beverages for breakfast in the courtyard. During our stay, we found many guests utilizing this courtyard to read and relax. This is a much better way to enjoy the beach areas than staying in an impersonal high rise.

Wonderful location! Just across the street from beach access, and minutes from restaurants and John’s Pass. All beach necessities (chairs, umbrellas, towels, and coolers) are provided for guests to use, which is extremely convenient. The rooms are comfortable, and provide a refrigerator, microwave, and safe. The room we stayed in had a small bathroom with shower that was reminiscent of the 1950s so don’t expect luxury accommodations. There is a quaint courtyard which is very private and includes a firepit and lots of tropical plants which allows you to forget that the hotel is situated on Gulf Blvd. Breakfast is continental, and is self serve with standard items such as bagels, fruit, hard boiled eggs, coffee and juice. Just enough to get you going for your day in the sun. Overall our stay was delightful, and would recommend this hotel to those looking for a short getaway to the coast.
