We liked the pool area, the rooftop bar and the room was unique. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful Hotel !!!!

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Wait staff in restaurant the day we checked in was not. Food was cold and took forever to come out to us. The hotel room was in dire need of cosmetic updates, walls and doors had chipped and peeling paint and needed to be cleaned. The wood furnishings were chipped and peeling. Very dissatisfied with the aesthetics of the room! For this to be an expensive 4 star hotel, my expectations are much higher than what we received,

The hotel was nice and my room was very comfortable. I enjoyed the Spanish decor and old antique theme. The one and only restaurant is delicious but not cheap. The pool is the main attraction and a major plus but don’t take your family or little kids on Sundays bc it got a bit crazy. I loved how close we were to restaurants and across the street from the beach. Some of the negative were the shower smelled moldy, there was no vending machines, no microwave in rooms, the check in process took forever and it wasn’t just me. Some of my favorites were the bartender Tyler who was very kind and helpful with everything from coffee to directions. Tashay and the other maid that works with her daily who made sure we constantly had coffee, towels and even helped me find my lost delivered groceries. After staying 5 nights, I called and extended my stay and told the lady by phone what day I would be leaving. I thought everything was fine until the next day someone called and told me they had no more rooms available and I had 15 minutes to get out. They told me I could sit downstairs and call an Uber when I told them I had nowhere to go. I found a gross hotel for our last night that was very unsettling. I wish I would have got a confirmation # and e-mail when I extended my stay but lessons learned. I don’t think I would stay there again due to incident.

Best part of check in was 1, the valet new the surrounding area well and told us where everything was at in proximity to the hotel, 2 the server at the lounge new where all of the local non corporate eats were and was on point with his menu recommendations, and 3 the front desk staff was welcoming and polite from the second we got on property.
