The rooms were very out dated, no microwave, no refrigerator. The building we stayed in had no identity a lot of wasted space. The resort fee was way out of line, like in the resort fee its for the use of the spa which there is a additional cost to use the spa so why do you list that in the resort fee, the pool should never be included in a resort fee. It is a great place for golfing buddys weekend away but not for a family. Not much to do at night. Did not like the idea of paying $8.00 for range balls, plus a fee to use the bicycles that all should be included in the resort fee. Our fan in our bathroom was so loud it woke everyone up when you got up to go to the bathroom at night. The restaurant at the Osprey was excellent, staff very friendly. Would I stay there again, probably not. The resort was very clean and very friendly. Like I said a great place for a buddies weekend get away. Oh yeah the Salamander course was wonderful.

They added a resort fee that was never mentioned. Our condo was a bit dated and it wasn’t worth what we paid.

Terrific Resort!

Our family had an amazing stay at Innisbrook. The two bedroom suite was plenty spacious for my wife and I and three young kids. The pool is fantastic, and the grounds are in great shape. The trams that are needed to move around the property are quick and extremely courteous. Everyone at the resort was helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate. We don't usually like to do repeat vacations so we can visit other parts of the country, but we would actually love to visit Innisbrook again.

Older timeshare resort with SUPER COMFY beds

Hoped to dine on-site at steak restaurant but was told it was shut down during slow season. Disappointed! Pool closed early at 8pm so again disappointed. Also, food and drink at snack bar was mediocre. Ordered two 'all natural' smoothies that were poured from a carton and blended with ice. There wasn't a piece of fresh fruit in sight. Eww.. no thank you! Hurricane damaged wilderness walk last year and were told there were no plans to repair so again let down on activities. Nice, well equipped fitness centre. Residential building lobbies where laundry and ice machines and stairs located are NOT air conditioned and are warm and humid. Suite was well appointed and very clean and comfortable. Got a GREAT night's sleep on the SUPER COMFY beds.

Our Stay At Innisbrook in Palm Harbor, Florida

Pros: The beautiful grounds and the friendly staff.
Cons: They need to install elevators and show how the rooms really look online or update them.
Location: Honeymoon Island is beautiful. Tarpon Springs is close. Had a nice dinner @ Bumba's in Tarpon Springs. We only stayed 2 nights.
I had asked in advanced for an updated room. They gave us a room on the first floor in the Merriam building that was far from updated and felt like a dungeon and looked out onto a parking lot. We went back to the front desk and told them we were dissatisfied with our room and that it was not what we had asked for. He asked me what I had asked for (it was in the notes on the computer) and I told him I had asked for one of the most updated rooms that they had. He gave us another room and, in fact, upgraded us from the Executive King Suite, (which looked beautiful online) to a One Bedroom Suite. It was a little more updated, open and roomy, but nothing like the room we had seen online. I think this is false advertising. There is no elevator, but we did choose to stay on the third floor as we went there for the beautiful views along with the peace and serenity. It was a beautiful place on the outside, but don't plan on your room looking like they do on their website. You can hear traffic and airplanes except late at night.
