The staff is nice. The rooms are clean. Having to pay for WiFi I think is something that would make me consider staying elsewhere since I am here for work

The room I was put in was a handicap room and it was not what I was used to. The bathroom was the worst. The toilet top was too small the toilet was old and the room didn’t feel warm. The room didn’t even have wash clothes in it . For the price I was very surprised because this is my favorite place to stay and this time I was not very happy I left after a few hours I didn’t stay I checked into another hotel for the night. So I spent over $500 between both places just to get a decent room for 1 day. I know that this world is crazy right now but usually this place has it together I was just very disappointed this time.

I was given a handicap room. I didn't request one. Moved to a new room that had double beds. Not the King I paid for. Room was very dusting and their were construction. They did not make me aware of unpon check in.

Did not like check in lady. She would not accrpt a mistake was made by marriott and travelocity and i was penalized for it No acceptions, no loyal customer treatment
