Staff were friendly Good morning breakfast But, hotel is run down. 2 of 3 ice machines broken. Pool and exercise room shut down. Our rooms AC was not working. Some defaced picture in elevator which isn’t a big deal but it is an indicator of managements lack of caring.

Good Morning, I am glad to hear you had a friendly experience with my staff. They try hard every day to make sure we are keeping our guest happy. We have a second ice machine ordered and on the way, our pool and exercise are being cleaned and worked on from being shut down during covid, and our elevator sign unforntally someone defaces every time we get one, but I do have one on the way as I do care VERY much about my hotel. I have people above me I have to ask for purchasing permissions or believe me, everything in here would be fixed. I appreciate your review and hope you come back one day when we have things up and running.

The staff members were pleasant and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I didn't like was that the bed was uncomfortable.

We stayed for one night to attend a concert at the Keybank pavilion (old starlake) I was initially unimpressed by the outside of the building but it's clear they have done many updates to the inside. The breakfast area was beautiful, the staff was amazing and very friendly. Really the only complaints I had, had to do with our room specifically. We had a king room. The sink plug was stuck my husband fixed it. The air conditioner didn't seem to work like it should. Had it turned down to 64 and it still felt like 75 in there. And the bed could have been more comfortable. But for one night it was fine. The staff and cleanliness of the inside and amazing breakfast bar made up for the room
