The well-lit grounds and secure parking added an extra layer of reassurance, and the easy check-in process streamlined our arrival. Our room was a haven of comfort, boasting lush furnishings and cozy amenities that made us feel right at home. The highly adjustable mini blinds allowed us to customize our privacy and lighting preferences, while the television provided a plethora of channels for entertainment. The hotel had no room for us even though we had a reservation. No phone call, no communication to this effect. Manager left for the night knowing the situation. So unprofessional by the hotel and the manager.
