Thanks for your criticism. It is actually point taken. Your main bed was a $4000 select comfort. Sorry for the ussr error on not selecting the right settings. As for the wall outlets ,the room exceeds the current building standards. There are 2power strips in the room to address the number of options. I would have supplied additional strips. It appears you also failed to read the travelocity information regarding a/c. We have never had a/c units. Othermotels have them and are $25 to $150 more per night. Upon request we have fabulous Dyson A/C available for the 15 hot days each summer . We are conscientious as to the few guess who asked for them. I hope in the future you read the information available from your travel supplier and not have to comment on things that are not supplied. We are a comfortable motel in the mountains where it’s 50° the night you stayed here hopefully next time you will pick a property that suits your needs better

Thank you for your response. We need to know when people are loud. I will look into the door and see what can be adjusted. I do not know your room number so I will have a bit of an issue being sure the shower gets attention.
