I had booked a room with Expedia on the wrong date. When I called the Monte Carlo the first gentleman I spoke to - I believe his name was Jadeep. Very helpful and friendly. I unfortunately had to change the boking with Expedia, which was easy ! When I called the hotel back to confirm they received the changes from Expedia I spoke with Pat who was very rude and continually cut me off in my explanation of what I was asking. She didn't even take the time to check my reservation which I know because she didn't ask any identifying information like date etc. to confirm that my booking was correct and the issue resolved. The hotel its self was nice, room door didn't seem to have a secure lock and the front desk didn't give the correct number of vouchers on check out for breakfast. However the lady working the restaurant still let us in to eat. Overall room was nice, the front desk staff were disorganized and abrupt. Expedia was easy to use and helpful in fixing my error in booking.
