We really enjoyed our four night stay here in February 2023. As career managers who trained staff to provide exceptional customer service, we are perhaps hyper focused on our experience of service. Led by Kimberly, this hotel provides an excellent level of service. Kimberly’s sunny disposition and heartfelt greeting every time we headed out or came back felt like being at home. She amazed us by anticipating needs before you knew you had them! "Do you need more coffee for your room?"for example. Hadn't thought about it,but yes I did! Breakfast was great with a nice, well stocked variety. The staff was very helpful with recommendations when we wanted to eat elsewhere. Parking was adequate for our large vehicle, both covered and open. Everything worked well, no problems at all with refrigerator, coffee pit, microwave, heat, shower, etc. the curtain needed a little repair but was functional. We highly recommend this well located hotel for your next visit to Tulsa.

The desk clerk was not sure we had a room. It was almost 4 and said room was not ready. Parking was very limited. Air conditioning was very noisy. Was given no reciept for bill. Would not recommend this hotel.
