Lousy room. No outside view. Window looked into a wall a few feet away. Would have refused the room but wife had already settled in. Breakfast bag contained a granola bar, near rotten banana and a bottle of water. Total bummer.

From the moment I walked in the door to time I walked out, I enjoyed my stay. The lobby was clean and the front desk staff was very friendly and welcomed us as we walked in the door. Room was excellent. The breakfast that was available for both morning were great. Food was extremely fresh and very good. I will definitely come back to the Tyler location any time. Well worth the money. Thank you Staff at LaQuinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tyler - University Area. EXCELLENT JOB!!

Nice hotel for someone staying with dogs

The hotel room was nice and modern. It was very clean. The hotel staff was very nice and funny. However, some of the hotel room guests left their dogs in their rooms while they went out to have dinner at night. The dog barks and whimpers were kind of annoying until 10:30pm on the 1st floor. Ask for a different floor when you stay here.
