Outstanding property

Fabulous property with exceptional customer service. The room was luxurious and our dog was treated like a queen with dog bowls, dog bed, bottled water, and treats. We didn't want to leave. Plan to return on a yearly basis.

The staff made us feel like family

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
We just spent two nights at the Four Seasons Vail and loved it. We will definitely stay there again. The reception staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The valet always had our bikes waiting for us and were always friendly. The service at the pool and in the fitness center was flawless. The staff in the restaurant Flame were amazing and truly made us feel at home. My kids didn't want to leave and now use the Four Seasons as the standard by which all other hotels are judged. Let's just say the other hotels are not faring so well.

Fabulous!

This hotel adds a different vibe to the Vail Valley. The facility is beautiful as are the rooms. The kids play rooms were great. I also found the staff to be very accommodating and helpful. The restaurant had great food but it did lack a bit of personality. The bar, however, was fantastic, especially for apres ski.
