The staff was friendly and helpful. The room with the balcony was really nice. The only problem is, the bed was the hardest, most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, and I tossed and turned all night. I woke up sore and exhausted. When I complained to staff, they gave me another room with a somewhat softer bed for the next night. It was much better than the first night, but I would definitely recommend they ask people what they would prefer at check in. If I hadn’t had that second night there, I would never go back again.
