We arrived on Thursday afternoon for a wedding Saturday, and we were a couple hours early, and happily they said our room was ready. When we got in the room it was missing all toiletries, with the exception of clearly used ones left behind by the previous occupants. The next day opened the coffee maker, mold and spider webs. Tissue box had dust all over it. The banquet staff during the wedding reception forgot dressing on ALL the salads, and we really hardly saw any staff during the sit down dinner. Which was really nice when someone at our table spilled water and we were trying to clean that up. Both times we went to the pool and hot tub they had no towels down there and literally said they were still washing/drying. If I wasn't in the bridal party, I would have canceled and stayed elsewhere after I saw the mold and spider webs. The person who checked me out at the end of the stay simply asked "Well did you tell anyone" when I brought these things to her attention. No apologies, or honestly any concern that cleanliness or customer service doesn't seem to be a priority. As a former front desk supervisor of a luxury hotel, I was very surprised at the state of the room, the non caring attitude of the staff and overall entire stay. In our opinion, the beds were VERY uncomfortable. I do have to say that they were dog friendly which was nice. I can't say I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and I certainly won't stay there again.

The mold and spider webs in the coffee machine are definitely not the standards we pride ourselves on and this issue will absolutely be fixed for future stays.
