This was a “ya gotta go there” from several friends. It’s a “one and done” for us. Room was dark, not overly clean, and smelled of a hint of weed (yet our room was nonsmoking). Personal hot tub was nice but the “magic mineral waters” did not aid our soreness from the days hiking. Spendy for what it was.

Dirty boot prints on the sheets. Yuk!

Pros: Checkout desk staff was very nice, but no reduction in rate was offered for the 90 minute ordeal.
Cons: An onsite after-hours manager should be hired with a way to contact them directly. Housekeeping and staff NEED improving w/ sense of professionalism.
Location: Lewis and Clark trail
We arrived at 8:45 PM and check in went uneventfully. Went to room and inspected it. All looked okay for a rustic feeling room decorated in the early 80s. We paid extra for a Jacuzzi room with a king sized bed and everything looked in order so we unpacked. At 9:30 the bed cover was pulled aside and revealed a large dirty bootprint on the sheet (see picture). I called the front desk and the phone tree kept me punching buttons for 20 minutes (no exaggeration). I learned that the office closed at 9:00. I drove over to the office and found a small paper with Emergency Only and a number written on it. I called and there was no answer so I left a message. I called back again and someone picked up. There is no staff on site after hours! I told the person on the phone the situation and that I wanted the bedding changed. She called someone and sent them over. 20 minutes later that woman arrived with a single sheet and tried to hand it to me. I told her I wanted the entire bedding replaced and she told me she didn't know how to change the sheets. Instead, she made us change rooms. She didn't offer to help us move or check over the room, she just gave us new room cards and pointed to the door. The Jacuzzi worked well but smelled like mold/mildew. The bathroom had a single sink and the plumbing worked well and seemed clean. Overall, I think there should be standards associated with using the word "resort" because this was the worst place I've stayed in. Checkout staff were kind.
