The hotel is in dire need of repair, I constantly had to get new room keys made because they would randomly stopped working. The hotel failed to clean our room while we were there. They also ran out of clean towels. The restaurant hasn’t been open for three years they don’t offer coffee or anything. The pool heater is broken and they don’t know when it will be fixed this hotel needs to be remodeled. It is extremely dirty, extremely outdated.

The staff were great, even though they were sorely understaffed. The staff that were there were certainly jack of all trades and very helpful! The room that we were first put in was not clean, there were boogies on the wall! Let staff know and they cleaned it up immediately. The air conditioner was not working and they sent someone to fix it but unfortunately the problem was not resolved and so they moved us to another room. The new room also had cleanliness issues but didn’t bring it up because I know the staff were doing their best and I was only there for 1 more night. The staff were amazing, can’t go wrong with great customer service but the room conditions do take away from the experience. Close location to the beach was great and we ate at Mikes seafood and Our Place several time.

Unsafe on outside deck { Rotten] Coffee maker really bad dirty twice time! Everywhere had thick dust and Lamp night already got mold. Bad Shape!
