I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had anticipated. Upon check-in, I found the staff to be quite unfriendly and unwelcoming. There was a lack of guidance regarding the location of my room and the elevators, which left me feeling confused and unwelcome. This treatment made me feel unimportant and disregarded, which is not what I expect from a hospitality establishment. Regrettably, due to this experience, I have decided that I will not be returning to your hotel in the future. Room was comfortable. Disappointed that the only places open for breakfast on Monday and Tuesday was small eatery on the boardwalk. Island Grille was amazing. Fun place to spend a few days for our Anniversary.

The hotel is attractively appointed; I especially liked the Northwest Coast native art used throughout the public spaces. The room was comfortable, and I especially appreciated the pool. However, we would liked to have had a map of the hotel, as the layout was confusing. There was no information in the room about either the location of the pool, or the internet access. I couldn't use the internet because it was unsecured, but it wouldn't let me choose to use my personal hotspot. The spa is very nice, but when the jets were turned on, the chlorine fumes burned my eyes.
