Very friendly staff! We brought our dog and it was very comfy. Being on the first floor meant we heard/felt loud music until 2am, but we realize it’s downtown and to be expected. Same with some other reviews saying the rooms are small. Yes, but totally fine…it’s a hotel in a bustling area. We loved being able to walk to the Commodore Ballroom, restaurants, and dog parks.

Inside the hotel was beautiful. Really neat artistic designs and amazing staff. They gave us complimentary drinks and free buttons on check-in! The fire alarm was unfortunately pulled by accident during our stay and the club downstairs was very loud. Overall we had a great time but would not be fitting for a relaxing vacation stay.

1. Fire alarm in the middle of the night because someone had pulled the alarm at the nightclub. No aplogies, no explanation, no directions either at the time or the next mirning. 2. Room was too hot..only way to bring down tge heat was to turn on the fan blowing cold air o the bed. Hid under the covers to keep warm.
