Service not good arrived at four in afternoon all staff was leavening been few minutes later wouldn’t, known where key was inside mailbox

I am disappointed to hear that you were not satisfied with our customer service on the day of your check in. We certainly try to do things better than that. We have put into place a policy that requires a phone call, giving after hours check in instructions to each guest who is not here by 4pm on the day of their check in.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly manager. She checked us in to an upgraded condo,,,IT WAS AMAZING!! Clean, warm, well insulated (you couldn't hear your neighbor) and all the amenities of a home. We booked our stay for next year before we left it was so nice.
