Taken a shower an it fill the tub with water before you even take a shower the drain dosent work for the water to go down

Everything was clean and friendly staff the only thing is that i had to buy ear plugs I could hear the upstairs neighbor kids jumping around like crazy I felt I was in a apartment but worst . I feel they should keep families with kids in the first floor . First time I hear loud foot steps in a hotel and i had stayed in a few hotels.

Hotel is a little dated but very clean and the staff was very accommodating with our requests. They were all very friendly and worked to make sure our stay was a good one.
