A hidden gem, the quiet fishing village of Wanchese is tucked away on the southernmost tip of Roanoke Island. While conveniently located minutes from Jennette's Pier, the Roanoke Island Aquarium, and the Elizabethan Gardens, the Village offers visitors a truly authentic Outer Banks experience. Be sure to visit one of the Seafood Markets in Wanchese or grab at hot meal from one of the local eateries. Built in 2020 natural light pours into the 500 sq.ft. coastal studio through oversized windows creating a bright, airy atmosphere. Designed for form and function, the thoughtfully appointed studio encompasses the entire second floor of a stand alone garage. It features a full kitchen with dishwasher, full bath, and stackable washer/dryer. A starter kit is provided to guests with dishwasher tablets, a small tide detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper in addition to a few small snacks. In the pantry you’ll find a variety of K-cups and single brew coffee machine along with a toaster. The studio design makes this an ideal space for a couples getaway. New queen Serta mattress, linens, and 78" Bassett sofa in 2022. Bed sheets, bath towels, beach towels, and two beach chairs are provided for your convenience. Guests will enjoy their own driveway with off-road parking for two vehicles and access the studio by private stairs and keyless entry.
