Things were fine for the most part. The room was clean and comfortable. I was not told at check-in where or what time breakfast was. I had to leave before 6 am to make an appointment and I would have liked to know if a grab-and-go option was available. There was no one around the front desk when I left and no key drop box. There was a sign-up that the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. This is information that should be on the website before booking to avoid disappointment.

Nice hotel with hot tub
Easy check in, personable staff, decent BF, comfy and spacious quarters, hot shower, quiet during the day to sleep (night worker so I sleep during the day). Overall I’d stay here over similar priced hotels. I didn’t use the pool or hot tub but it looks so inviting!!! This hotel is close to lots of places to get a quick bite and get gas.

We could not regulate the temperature in the room. Too hot, the u ite wasn't working well. Mirror had a huge crack in it. Tile was cracked and the ironing board was missing. Room 221. Adjoining room door right next to head of bed and very loud in next room. Just observations. Didn't take the time to complain. Wish the hot tub jets worked but good temp. Good breakfast.

We did not have hot water for everyone to shower both days. The heat ran nonstop and was very loud. The lighting in the room was poor. There was no common space for our group to be together. There was only 1 luggage cart for the whole hotel. We did get a discount on our stay but the girls that checked us in and out maybe said 10 words to us total.

The room and hotel itself are beautiful, id say at least above average. Check out day was a nightmare though. No hot water seemingly in the whole hotel (all the other guests we talked to that day had similiar complaints). And they deactivated everyones room keys 2 hours before check out (again, heard this from everyone else we talked to there) . Its a shame..really ruined what was otherwise a nice experience at this hotel.
