The carpet and furniture were very stained in our room and the pillows were really hard!

Bathroom floor was sticky and smelled of urine. Only a few items out for breakfast several hours before it ended.

The hotel staff was rude to my daughter when I had her call because I was still driving. Then they were sweet to me when we got there. Drove 18 hours there, so wanted to relax. Hot tub was the temperature of bath water, jets didnt work. Pool was the same temperature as the hot tub. Absolutely not refreshing. Key only doors are open all the time. Front desk clerks sleep at night. To beat all, we had to check out at 4 am after a family wedding to drive straight through to home in CO. Couldn't get the cart to load the car because, get this, when we woke up the front desk clerk, we were told they shut off the elevator at night. No one is allowed to use it during the night hours. It took us about 15 trips and an hour to load the car. That was awesome before a 16 hour drive home. Dont stay here, stay at the Fairfield, they treat you better and always follow through. I'll never do it again.

We apologize for your troubles and that someone was rude to you for that is not our normal by any means and since the hotel opened in 2004 the elevator has never been shut down at night.
