We stayed in tiki 335, we loved the wood floor but it would be nice if there was a small rug by our door since we brought in sand in our feet, so it was all over our floor. Beds weren't very comfortable. Housekeeping didn't replenish coffee, t.p. or Kleenex. One day they didn't make our beds. Ice maker was bad, and container for ice had no lid or insulation so melted fast. We did love Theresa at the front desk, she was very pleasant and helpful. Loved the cleanliness of the hot tubs and pools. Over all our stay was good and we would stay there again and recommend this hotel to others.

Front desk staff wasn't very friendly. I needed an extra roll a toilet paper for our room and I had to wait for her to get off a personal call. Wish that there really was a pool table as seen in pictures on the website.
