Room wasn’t ready until 5:30. Keys never worked in the door, had to be reprogrammed. Trash everywhere. Overall pretty terrible. Worse that hotels I’ve stayed at in 3rd world countries. It seems like they need a management change.

As I stated in my previous review, my wife and 2 granddaughters were unable to check-in at 10 p.m. because the staff could not find them in the system. My wife showed them the confirmation that I got from Travelocity when I paid in full for 2 nights and they were still delayed before finally being admitted. The 2nd night their room key did not work and had to go back downstairs to get another. Miserable experience. I pay in advance on Travelocity.com so we can check right in upon arrival. To add insult to injury, my wife's cousin was staying in the same property on the same 2 nights and he got his room charge reimbursed to his credit card! We didn't.

Hotel was clean and nice. However, there was a water leak which caused us to have to move into another hotel room. When you are traveling with two little kids this is extremely inconvenient. When I went to the front desk to ask about a possible room comp. for one of the days out of the 5 days we were staying there, I was told no. Not very accommodating,or care, considering the inconvenience.

It was convenient to our destination but the room was so humid when we put our shoes on the next day they were wet. And the Tv was so small. Also why can’t they have pay per view. Would be nice to relax and watch a movie.
