overall this hotel is exerllent. but due to carpet washing, it us a bit of damp. the the heater and air condition help. the hotel is nearly new and will choose it next time.

Great location for travel to the airport, zoo and outside Wellington beaches, and Weta tour location. Quite a far walk to the downtown waterfront. Best to take the bus or uber. Its Right on a very busy street across from the hospital, but quiet at night. Just tricky to access the parking if you have a car Great staff...kitchen well equiped. The beds very comfortable.
