One night stay—extending a beach vacation to enjoy the fantastic weather, new owner are doing a great job with this property. Pool remains open until october, wide property where you can enjoy peaceful moments.

The new ownership is really trying to make improvements and step up this private family friendly great location and quickly! The new super quite AC system, fresh white walls, comforters, and curtains are a fresh touch. We didn’t have time to go to the pool but they had some nice yard games outside and it’s a great location to the beach and restaurants in Wells,

WONDERFUL! Would love to return!
What a marvelous place to stay! We had a cottage for the week but decided to stay an extra night to visit family. We need a room for one night on very short notice. Area hotels not already booked were expensive or required a two-night minimum. We booked here with Coast Village Inn. We called to make sure we had a reservation. The staff could not have been nicer, assuring us our reservation was received and they were looking forward to seeing us! Because it was just one night, we shared a room with our son and daughter-in-law. The room was spacious and spotless with a sparkling clean bathroom. Wonderful shower and water pressure. My son mentioned renting cabins side by side for another trip as the beds are so comfortable and we were so impressed with the service!
