The space
The single level home offers an open floor plan with the living room, dining room, and kitchen all within view. The master bedroom, washer and dryer, and bathroom will be located on the left hand side. The second bedroom will be located on the right hand side.

Guest access
Whispering Dogwood offers a quiet secluded neighborhood with walking trails throughout. The neighborhood road is gravel and is on a slope. You should have no trouble driving in standard car. If there is snow or ice on the ground 4 wheel drive would be required. Motorcycles may not travel well on the loose gravel road. Low lying sports cars may not travel well on the loose gravel road.

Other things to note
About 10 minute drive to Blue Ridge Parkway, 15 minutes to downtown West Jefferson for shopping and dining, and 30 minutes to downtown Boone for shopping and dining.

Security Camera's:
There are a total of 5 cameras on the outside of the residence. These cameras are only turned on while there is no one at the residence. Once a guest checks in these cameras are turned off until they check out. These cameras are only there to protect the house when it is vacant. These cameras are located in the following locations: 2 cameras on the side of the house facing the driveway, 1 camera facing the front door, 1 camera on the side of the house facing the heat pump, 1 camera facing the back yard and back deck.
