I had two pay for my room for twice because the company Travelocity and Homewood Suites system’s do not communicate on the level I would assume from these large established companies. Luckily Travelocity called me back to refund my purchase, but the front desk receptionist was not helpful during checkin. Sadly I won’t be using Travelocity or this property for my future stays.

I loved everything except for the fact that i think they already charged my the $60 that they said they would only charge me in the event that i consume anything in the room such as the complementary bar that they didn't have......

The bathroom was disgusting. Lots of brown dirt/pee/feces was at the bottom of the toilet. The facial tissue container was unkempt, with unused tissues stuffed back into the box.

I really wasn’t there long enough to utilize all the hotel amenities (i.e. pool, fitness center), but what I did see there was all I need in a hotel.
