dirty trash in the bathroom, dirty toilet, no toilet paper, outlets that don’t work, light switch shocked me, horrible service, will make you pay in cash and if you don’t have cash they make you drive to the gas station to pull out money and then when you pay they don’t give you a receipt, they double charged me as well charging my debit card which i now have to dispute because i was charged 160 dollars in total for a one night stay at this hell.

The hotel personnel made this stay pleasant. If they would update the towels and electrical outlets it would have been a better stay. Otherwise no complaints. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, yet the hotel has good management and the best customer service.

I don't know anything about the property because I was never on it due to a VERY DISGUSTING conversation with desk clerk. Requested a added nites stay and was told that nite would cost over twice as much as existing resivation. They refused to add a nite at RESIVATION rate. So canceled complete RESIVATION. Will not ever stay at OYO after this experience. Not only that. I was billed for a stay that I NEVER DID and that caused me a lot of unnecessary inconvenience. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with OYO DOWNTOWN Witchta Falls.

The exterior of the building is pretty beat up. The room was OK with burn marks on the old carpet. The TV, micorwave, and refrigerator looked new. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom - but that may have been only my room. The place looked like it had been owned by another chain and deteriorated. There had been an attempt to upgrade it but.....
