The hallways of the hotel currently had an odor that may need attending to and we received a room with a view of the hotel roof, which I was not happy about after not being able to check in until after 4pm even though check in time is 3pm. They did however, allowed us to check out the next day a hour later than the check out time of 11am. We will stay there again. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful.
