Check in was good and they told us they got us the best room and upon getting to the room we found a hole in the wall like someone had punched it and they tried to put wallpaper over it but it was pulled back and you could see into the wall, the tile floor was cracked, the phone in the room didn’t work, some of the lights didn’t work, the blinds were controlled by this thing on the wall and that didn’t work so we had a dark room the whole trip and we asked for one of their complementary cribs for our stay and apparently they only have 1 in the entire hotel and someone just took it. When we went to checkout I was making sure none of our stuff rolled under the bed and there were empty water bottles under both beds from previous guests.... kind gross because that means they didn’t clean as good as they are supposed to due to COVID.

Typical Hilton property. Clean, efficient, competent staff. When I was there it was quiet with few guests. Easy and plentiful parking. The room was clean and well designed. The location right off Route 74 made for easy access to everything I was interested in going to especially Wrightsville beaches. Good selection of near by restaurants. Price was competitive and local room taxes were lower that I’m used to. Overall good stay.
