The house boasts stunning views, especially from the master bedroom equipped with an en-suite bath. Spend your days indulging in swimming, boating, or simply taking in the serene surroundings of this picturesque location. The property features well-manicured landscaping, with a small level lawn on the waterfront side. Access to the waterfront is via a set of stairs leading to a sandy gradual entry. The dock can accommodate up to a 30' boat, offering an opportunity to explore Sebago's vast 40+ miles of boatable waterway, inlcuding access to Brandy Pond and Long Lake via the Songo River. For those looking for a more leisure activity, there are 2 adult kayaks, 3 children's kayaks, and 1 paddleboard provided. Along with this, the close proximity to shopping and recreational activities makes this an ideal choice for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

Please note the dock is shared with the owner's boat and the neighbor has access to load/unload from the dock. The water entry and swimming area are also shared with neighboring houses.
