Rooms were terribly moldy/musty smelling, so much so that we were all have respiratory issues! Had to change room three times to find one that we could “stand”. Woke up the next morning with burning throats, tightness in chests, watery eyes and runny noses. No ventilation in bathrooms. Refrigerator did not work, maintenance came and got it running. Outdated carpets and old, chipped up, damaged furniture. Front desk has little to say beyond, “I don’t know what to tell you. We’ve never had anyone complain about this issue before.”

Be aware that our guest rooms do contain feather bedding. Guest may also request rooms with minimal cleaning supplies used in the cleaning process. I have no information about your reservation or the room which you stayed. Again, I sincerely apologize that you did not have a rewarding stay with us.

This hotel allowed us a comfy nights sleep!

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
We just traveled from Arizona across seven states in 3 1/2 days. This was our last hotel stop before home. It was definitely save the best for last. The front desk guy was very polite and helpful with directions for a drugstore and gas station. The hot tub is 24 hours and the jets hit higher on your back than most! Fantastic! Rooms pretty and make you feel at home. Exactly what we needed!

i was impressed with the staff.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, exercise equipment/room outstanding, oatmeal the best!!
I was dieappointed with one issue in my room. The tolet/shower room was very very small. Housekeeping replace the tolet paper on the front holder. Then it was in the way when I sat down on the tolet. Very poor design!

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

Pros: Free Internet, close to wake forest university, friendly staff
Cons: breakfast is an additional cost.
If you are visiting Wake Forest University this is the most convenient hotel you will find. The rooms are nothing fancy but adequate and clean. Every person I came across that worked at the hotel was friendly, smiling, nice and helpful.

So convenient to Wake Forest football stadium.

Staff was friendly. Great location, espcially if going to Wake Forest football games. Can easily walk to stadium.

Very Nice Hotel

I arrived after 9 pm after a length drive. I was greeted by the nicest front desk clerk. He realized that I was exhausted and immediately recommended a place for dinner. He told me he would unload my car while I freshened up in the ladies' room. Then the following day, I asked for a late check out time and was given as much time as I needed without further charge. All of the desk clerks were very nice and helpful, giving great suggestions about restaurants and how to get around the town and college campus. The room was very clean and comfortable. I was a little unsure because of it being so close to the campus, but it was nice. I would stay there again without hesitation. My only wish was that there were Coca-Cola products instead of Pepsi products in the little area where you purchase foodstuffs next to the front desk.
