Overnight stay in Winston-Salem
The Shaffner Inn was a lovely place to stay. Check-in and check-out were very easy and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine! The staff was very communicative before hand. Our room was very comfy, though it was in the basement level, but very roomy and the beds were super comfortable. We both had the traditional breakfast, which was average, and service in the restaurant was a little slow, but otherwise a perfectly fine meal. I would highly recommend staying here. Great place in a central location for the town.

Kelly was so kind to accommodate us. McKenzie was so sweet at breakfast. The inn was beautiful, clean and so close to historic Salem. So glad we stayed here.

Hidden gem!
Such a beautiful building! The breakfast was amazing! Staff was very attentive! Had wine waiting for us in our room! Beds were very comfortable! Have already told 3 friends about our wonderful stay and we just checked out this morning! I will definitely be staying here again!

Love this little hidden gem!
We really enjoyed our second stay at the Shaffner Inn. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Such a neat place tucked away in the city and we look forward to being able to go back!

The Shaffner Inn is a beautiful, historical home. The restaurant inside the home is wonderful! I had the shrimp and grits and it was delicious! The breakfast is included in the night's stay at the inn and made our stay extra special.
