Tv didn’t work in initial room. Moved to a new room where the volume on the tv was going in and out. Ice machine was broken. Long waits at the front desk and food counter. Very disappointing stay.

facility appears suited for business clients, but not casual travelers. Breakfast items priced for expense accounts and not family travels. $5.00 bagel. $12.00 limited breakfast plate. You will be charged for parking. Businesses cover these expenses, not casual travelers budget. Breakfast for a family of 4 should not be almost $60.00 unless it is higher restaurant quality.

I booked this property for my mother who is relocating from NJ to Florida and she said it was the best stay she’s had so far. Everything was just so nice and clean. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

There are several hotels nearby. I chose this one because it had a bar. The bar was closed the whole time because of "staffing issues". They charge 10 dollars per day for parking even though they aren't in a major metropolitan area and are surrounded by parking lots. The bathroom had loose tiles on the floor and long black hairs everywhere. You have to pay for coffee in the morning (when they have someone to work the coffee bar) and ended up charging me 3 times for one cup of coffee. In the future I will stay at any one of the better rated hotels nearby and walk to the close by restaurants to have a drink.

Staff made you feel very appreciated and went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. It was convenient to everything we were doing in the Woodbridge/ Ft Belvoir area.
