Had booked a triple room with three single beds in and when it came to check in, we were told that they were waiting for a delivery of beds to come in so the room I booked was not available. They offered a room with one double bed and one single bed. Not wanting to sleep ontop of each other after our 5 hour drive to Auckland I said that this wasn't good enough and we got to an offer of one king bed and one single that we had to take or we would have nowhere to stay. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, parking and airport shuttle was super convenient, just wish I had got what I paid for as paid extra to have this bigger room and if it was not available I should have been contacted prior to our stay.

Have stayed at this hotel before so was surprised to arrive and find that we were not staying in the same building at all but rather another older building next door. Decor was old and very tired BUT the room was very clean and we had a pretty good sleep. Free bus from airport to hotel and back to airport next day. Could not eat in hotel restaurant as planned as it was closed for private function however they sent a courtesy car from a sister property to transport us to a restaurant.

My room was across from a staff storage room and I had the worst sleep I think I've ever had in my life. People were slamming the door all night, yelling to each other, talking on the phone right outside my door. It was terrible.

Pretty basic and inside average outside in bad need of repair and presentation some staff good some in need of speaking clear English our room mostly clean but along the ranch slider was filthy and under spare bed was not vacuumed
