Beware property charges $25 per night for parking and $49 per night for water park. Mandatory so add an $75 per night to the advertised price. Breakfast buffet cost $25 dollars a person and its over glorified cheap continental breakfast that all other holiday inn served for free.

The alarm keeps going off and sanitary poor quality.. elevator not working . Resort fees are $49 a day!! Ac doesn't work properly..

I had my review pretyped but it won't allow me to put my full review so unfortunately I'll have to condense it greatly but I will be posting on their Facebook for sure. 6 total slides and only half were working. 2 of the three big slides were not working. Kids had to wait in line to use the big one. Killed three ants in room. Rude staff at bar. Virtually no housekeeping. You have to beg for toilet paper. We got hand towels on the 6th day. Front desk doesn't answer the phone half of the time. Restaurants are constantly closed completely or too early. Ceiling fan and light in room turns on randomly. Stained bed linens and towels. Housekeeping dumped trash but didn't replace bag. Can't control air temperature in room. Like many Floridians, the resort knew Hurricane Ian was on the radar yet they were not prepared. I was told dipping dots and the ice cream bars weren't stocked because the delivery vendor hasn't been in. Well ya know what? How about remove the cooler or go and buy at a different location? I know many businesses run out of certain food and they go and buy it elsewhere.I inquired to the front desk about a refund for the two days in which the waterpark was closed down and the clerk said they would refund me $50. $25 for each of the two days. She said she would not refund me any more because "the rest of the resort is still accessible." That completely blew me because the selling point is the waterpark hence the name of the resort. Still haven't received my refund.

My family & I stayed at this resort for 11 days and I must say the stay was disappointing. First of all after making our payment through Travelocity and taking into consideration that there would be a $400 fee to be paid at the hotel, at check-in we we're given a different bill, we spent $1000 extra upon our arrival at the hotel. Secondly, There are hidden fees like for instance they charge for parking which was an additional $18 per night. Thirdly, The waterpark fee (per person) is included in your bill even if you're not interested in the waterpark. There are only slides for young children, ABSOLUTLEY NO SLIDES FOR OLDER KIDS/ YOUNG ADULTS! Fourthly, There's a curfew for both the waterpark and pool, at 9pm the pool is closed. Yes, I understand that it can be annoying to other guest that rather rest but I feel the pool and waterpark area should've been away from the guest rooms, or the curfew time should've been listed. There's also a curfew for the arcade and mini mall. When it came to the room service was beyond poor! Wherever there are young kids there will be mess, whether its chip/cookie crumbs or torn paper its still considered dirt. On our third night we called front desk because room service wasn't answering the phone call requesting a broom and dust pan taking into consideration that it was 9pm we told the we can sweep up ourselves, we were told they'll send someone up.(Nobody came)…(I'm out of space so to be continued)
