Rooms were decent, some furniture was broken and some areas of room were dirty. We were told all amenities were open, but half of them were not. They were very understaffed, had restaurants with one to no staff. Had to find employees to check out at any shop or restaurant location. Laser Challenge was broken and could hardly see lasers, arcade was outrageously priced and the elevators were so slow and they not have one one every building so it will take 10-15 minutes everytime.

We ended up canceling our reservation onsite. Upon arrival the hotel concierge gave us a higher total than what our Travelocity total had been calculated to in our confirmation. There were also multiple guests in the office complaining about the cleanliness and misrepresentation of the rooms. The staff was not helpful or accommodating and we decided at that time we would not be staying.

It was horrible they had nothing that they usually have ..the water park was closed… the pool was not heated the restaurant was cold and seemed really abandoned .

The room we were assign was filthy and had buds. My daughter was bitten several times. The top bunk my grandson was sleeping o actually broke with him in it. After a long day of traveling we wanted to eat, shower and relax. The food places were already shut down at 9:45 when advertised until 10pm. we ended up being transferred to another room at 1am. Never again will we stay at this dump!

This property is not in good condition for a resort area. The amenities are mostly closed or look like they are out of business, most notably the restaurants and stores. The elevators have graffiti and names carved in the wood and doors, the doors to rooms are soiled with filth, and the rooms themselves are in disrepair. My room had mold at the base of the shower, the floor boards were all separating, and the toilet were not cleaned at all. The hotel says that they adhere to Covid cleanliness standards but they do not. The toilet in the room was not cleaned in a long time and had black mold, fungus, or whatever all around the inside rim. Disgusting!

I loved the pool area. The staff goes out of there way for you. The other areas I am guessing are still under construction. The mall had very little too offer. But I do think it's because of shortage of staffing. I would come back again with my family. The rooms were very clean. The lifeguards were very caring.

We chose this hotel based on reviews and Travelocity recommendations. Sadly, it was a very disappointing experience. The room itself and staff were nice enough, but when we got there they attempted to charge an extra $200 on top of all other charges for room service which we had no need for. There were also no vending machines or anywhere to get a soda if you wanted something later at night. They had a mall type area but it closed pretty early. The water park was also closed and yet we were still charged “resort fees”. I can’t imagine what else that fee would be for considering you have to pay for the arcade, laser tag, and breakfast($18 per person, which was absurd in my opinion). Parking is also not free here, $15 per day which is again absurd. In addition to all that, we had a coffee machine with no coffee pot, and a kitchen with no pots, pans, or silverware. Honesty not sure what the point of the kitchen is with no cookware. Overall, it’s a nice hotel, but it should be half the cost. Especially if the resort part of it is shut down. I feel like we got ripped off and won’t be staying there again. Hopefully we can get a refund for the resort fees, considering we paid that for nothing. Had we known all this ahead of time we would not have stayed here. Hopefully this review helps others keep from wasting their money.

The hotel had the potential to be amazing. The shift manager was courteous. The employees were also pleasant. The lack of help/workers (probably Covid related) made a huge delay. Check in was 4pm but wasn’t able to check in until 6:10 because the process from 5:30-6:10 when I was eligible and room was finally ready. The kids then only had 50 min of water slide time. They were bummed. The 400$ room, 15$ parking fee added up to a lot of additional costs of amenities for nothing, as we were unable to use them. The room once checked in was clean, had everything we needed, was awesome for kids. But again- 400$ for one night and to leave early flight next day? NO.

This place is closed and has been closed for months apparently. We showed up there with reservations only to find out it was closed for months now. Travelocity needs to vet places better and keep up to date active properties. I had to find a place for my family to stay for 8 days when we got there. We weren’t very happy!
