This property is older and needs repair. Grout was completely missing is large areas of the shower. Carpet and tile are obviously worn and overall the rooms require updating and TLC. Will consider staying at the Wyndham or Buena Vista Palace next time instead.

The staff was friendly and courteous. Good distance to Disney Springs. The room was clean. However, he had a handicapped room (no handicapped people) and the shower handle was sad. The elevators were loud. Booked then had the extra parking fee (noted) and misled increased resort fee, so one night that was feesable became ridiculous and could've stayed at a nicer hotel/resort for the same overall cost that was paid. Cost alone was not worth it.

Great location.. very nice property.. my only concern was the cleanliness of the bathroom could’ve been better. The floor around the walls and in front of the tub were dirty but everything ended was excellent!

Very conveniently located to Disney Springs. Friendly, helpful staff. Market near lobby has great hours, Open early closes late. Only thing I would change is the sheets on the bed were very rough and the pillows extremely flat and uncomfortable.
